MISTAKE #2 DAY 2 of the PM Storytelling Interview Challenge ! PM Interview Mistake #2 - Throwing around too many Success Metrics without the "HOW"! Sharing your PM Success Metrics and Outcomes is important, but that alone won't get you a new PM job or a promotion! What is important is to connect your actions and product decisions to those results, and share what tradeoffs and challenges you actively managed in order to get to those awesome results!
